If you like eating fish, you can't avoid the Grabenmühle. The products from the local farm are known far and wide and are also served in well-known restaurants. You can also fish for yourself on site. The delicacies are processed by the team, so that guests can take the fish home with them or grill them directly on site. In October/November, a fishing competition takes place, where prizes are awarded for the biggest fish. Whether smoked, marinated or as fish crispies - fish also takes centre stage on the small but fine menu of the Goldgräber-Pub.
