Brigitte and Patrick Aeschbacher run together the Bijouterie Bläuer.

Novelties in the
world of watches

The Bijouterie Bläuer in Bälliz is a true watch and jewellery paradise – in this traditional family business, a first-class selection meets expert consultation. In this article, we focus on timepieces: as you will discover on the following pages, the world of watches has some exciting novelties in store for 2024.

Patrick and Brigitte Aeschbacher have been managing the Bijouterie Bläuer since the year 2000. The Aeschbacher family can look back on a rich history in watchmaking: Arnold Aeschbacher – grandfather of Patrick Aeschbacher – set up his own independent watchmaking business in Thun back in 1933. With the expertise accumulated over the years, competent consultation and knowledgeable service are guaranteed. As a true rarity, the Bijouterie Bläuer has its own watchmaking atelier and can thus offer certified service directly on-site.

Chopard

Competitive spirit, friendship, dynamics, speed, and style – this is what the famous Oldtimer-Rallye 1000 Miglia stands for. For 35 years, Chopard has also been expressing all this through the yearly announced novelties of the collection “Mille Miglia”. The model of the year 2023 also embodies this philosophy.

Breitling

Longines

To mark the 70th anniversary of the “Conquest” collection, Longines is reviving one of their legendary timepieces with the new “Conquest Heritage Central Power Reserve” model. As an homage to the predecessor model, the power reserve is indicated by two rotating disks in the center of the watch face.

Aerowatch

Aerowatch challenges watch connoisseurs by presenting the successful semi-skeleton automatic chronograph from the “Les Grandes Classiques” line. It departs from the classic display, in which the hands usually extend from the center of the dial, and adds separate counters for hours, minutes, seconds and date.
